Cayman Islands, August 18, 2025 – Bullish, an institutionally focused global digital asset platform that provides market infrastructure and information services, today announced that in connection with its previously completed initial public offering of ordinary shares, the underwriters have fully exercised their option to purchase an additional 4,500,000 ordinary shares from Bullish. The issuance of the additional shares closed on August 18, 2025, bringing the gross aggregate proceeds from the initial public offering to Bullish to approximately $1,276.5 million.
J.P. Morgan and Jefferies acted as lead book-running managers for the offering. Citigroup acted as joint book-running manager. Cantor, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Societe Generale acted as additional book-running managers. Canaccord Genuity, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, Oppenheimer & Co., and Rosenblatt acted as co-managers.
